How to adjust binding on Head Liner Snowblades
Hi,
I borrowed my friend's snowblades (Head Liner). How do I adjust the binding? Is there a website with a list of parameters? I checked head.com but couldn't find any information. My boot size is 27.0. Thanks, P Ross |

Standard advice around here is to take it to a good shop and either have them do it or show you how. The latter can often be facilitated by providing the shop rat with a 6-pack of his/her favorite beverage. Bindings are not something you want to mess with unless you know what you're doing. If these are non-releasable bindings, then the added risk of adjusting them yourself is somewhat less. If they're "regular" releasable ski bindings, you're better off having them done right. That said, there is usually a length adjustment tab/lever on the heel piece. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out where it is. Usually a screwdriver can be used to release it so you can slide the heel piece to the proper position. I've had to use a quarter to adjust someone's bindings onslope after the heel piece came unlocked and slid out of position. Naturally, I pointed them towards the nearest ski shop after handing them their ski back. |
