Default Heel Push and Toe Push (Chapter 2)

Good to hear about such dramatic experimental results, Bob.

I tried comparing my feelings while trying each concept and combining with
other technique factors. It definitely felt to me that toe-push fit
togehter with pushing back, and heel-push fit together with pushing out
sideways. The other correlations that Endestad and Teaford mentioned were
less clear for me.

One thing was very clear: now that I've been practicing heel-push for a
while, toe-push just felt lame.
