SE Wisconsin training group
Looking for 4-5 individuals in the SE Wisconsin area interested in
participating in a training group with Russian coach Yuriy Gusev. The
group will meet for 6 sessions, one Saturday each month from
May-October for 3 hours at Lapham Peak state Park in Delafield, WI.
Activities will include dryland and rollerski technique instruction
including video analysis. Yuriy will also be able to help set up a
yearly training program for the participants. Cost will be between
$175-$180 for all 6 session depending on the number of participants.
Yuriy has the highest college degree in cross-country ski coaching in
Russia, experience with the top-level Russian coaches, coaches from
other countries and is presently working successfully with elite,
citizen and junior level athletes. This is a great opportunity to
improve your fitness and technique before the season begins. The small
group size ensures alot of individual attention.
Please email me if you are interested or have further questions.
