Is there some useful internet map of Scottish ski resorts, which has stuff
like bus times and cost of hire/slopes etc. somewhere?

squeezed out the following:

Difficult to know which one to choose. I'll drop Lecht
and Nevis as they're furthest from me. Cairngorm has the
most snow but also seemingly the most ice. Glenshee has
the most runs but also the most runs closed. Glencoe is
the smallest but seems to be 100% open, including some
unofficial runs.

Glencoe looks like it's getting the sun on Saturday so
perhaps that's the one to go to.

Anyone else?

Glenshee - 'cos it's closest!

Closest for me too (1.5 hours). Still undecided though.

A friend of mine went to Glenshee today and phoned in a conditions
report from the top of Butcharts. Snow is not quite as excellent and
deep as the reports would have you believe (surprise surprise) but
still good fun.

Think I'll get there for the first lift and just ski the morning (from
Perth), I expect the world and his wife will be there by 11:00.

Leaving Embra at 7.30 so hopefully beat most of the queues. Ski hire
queues were huuuuge today apparently.
