difference Solden- Ischgl
I done the whole season in Ischgl in 1985 . The Apres Ski was the best I
have experienced. Ive been back a few times since & theres many many more bars. The Party starts way up on the hill at the Taja ! You wont have a problem with Apres Ski . Solden or St Anton cant match Ischgl in the Apres Ski department :-) Nigel Anton van SweelinckHout wrote: Can somebody give me some advice.. I want to go during easter period either to solden or to Ischgl. Need some advice, where to stay in both places (areas) , I'd like to stay not too far from the big apres ski places. I do not think there is much difference between the snow certanty, they both have good snow records. So has anybody got some easter skiing experience in either one or two of these resorts? Is it busy during easter? How's the apres ski? Or is there still much (apres ski or pistes) closed ? |

Thanks for your reaction, so the apres ski at easter period is still
superb? I did a St Anton season , but guess I should head for Ischgl next year ! Nigel (Remove NOSPAM) wrote: I done the whole season in Ischgl in 1985 . By the way Nigel,
Is the apres ski in Ischgl, the same as in St Anton, like 80 percent men and 20 percent women? or even less? Its a ski area I dont think I have been to any ski area where its 50/50 men/woman by quite a lot. Having said that, it is very popular with the Scandinavians, however at easter the big tour companys probably would have finished . Apres ski takes on a different feel at easter, the days are longer people are sunning themselves all afternoon. . Good Friday may be quiet (religious) but that may of changed nowadays. On top, all shops had sales with up to 75% off, on all brands! The snow was great until appr. 13, becomming slush after that. Womenwise, you may try: http://www.ischgllove.com/search.pl?lang=de, it however seems a bit outdated. |
