Salmon Hills Re-Opening

Salmon Hills was purchased by new owners. A tentative re-opening date
has been set for January 1st. Soon phone messages will be updated,
also the website. If everything goes well the grooming will be in
place as well by that date. We are aware of the scheduled race on Jan.
3rd and we are looking to see it happen. Dan Karig is taking care of
recruiting volunteers to help at the race.

I might be involved with the operation this year in hopes of bringing
good quality skiing once again. And then again maybe I'll just be
skiing a lot this year. I have a backlog of 8 years to catch up with.

That was Louise, not Liz, answering the phone. She was "Salmon Hills
sitting" while I was away trying to chase a buck.
