Default [Q] Vans shoes

Hi.

I'm a french snowboarder, and I've bought a pair of Vans (army-colored
model, don't know better about it), whith a "thermoformable" ('scuse my poor
technical english ;o) ) footbed. It was'nt new shoes, so I try to get the
temperature for this operation (I'm clear? I hope!).

Can you help me?

Thx!

I have the thermoformable liner in my Vans Contras. According to the
instructions, the heat generated from your feet will mold them in over
time. Or you can go to a shop and have them do it quickly. They
cautioned against trying to do it yourself by heating them in an oven.
Mine fit perfectly, so I just put them on and that was it.

Thanks.
Vans France said to me it was possible with a hair-dryer (is it the right
term? I don't know!), for 12 minutes. But if I could get the right
temperature, it would be better (the shop neer my home wants the
temperature).
