Default Snowboard advice

I weigh 215 lbs, size 14 shoe. I have been riding a Burton Canyon 168
for about 4 years and now thinking about a new board. Like the Canyon
but it's heavy, and not too responsive. Want something that will hold
aggressive carves. Considering the Sims Turmoil. Appreciate any advice.

You'll never find a more lighter board that can hold a line.
My old 156 Canyon (I'm 145 lbs.) was one of the lightest boards out
of 15 I've owned, but it's sidecut was not the best for quick turns.
You can find quicker boards that are heavier by checking the sidecut
and go for something without Burton's flatspots on the tips and tails.
Canyon's sidecut around 850, so anything shorter will turn quicker,
and anything without the Quadratic will also help.

I'm afraid that you might be asking for two things are are on the opposite
end of a tradeoff. A lighter board will typically be less stable in
agressive carves. And at your weight, you should shy away from "light"
boards anyway.

If you're looking for stability in a carve, a board that was to be ridden
fast, then I second Stan's recommendation of the Donek Sasquatch - look at
the 166 if you are a true all-mountain rider, 162 if you do lots of
pipe/park/trees, and 170 if you have a truly carve-based style and don't do
a lot of trees.

If on the other hand you are looking for a board that turns tighet than your
Canyon - I defer to others for recs.
