We used CIS with no problems, but I suggest they are all equally as reliable for purchasers. The decision may be better based upon whether they have the right property for you. A quick tour around Bourg St. Maurice visiting all the immobiliers revealed that they were all helpful - and had at least one sales person who spoke english. Visits could be arranged very quickly. Dealing by phone, email and post was quite straightforward, though it did help a lot having a French friend who could interpret (interpret, not translate) conditions and contracts for me and phone them for further clarification.
