Alex I've posted here before to say that nowadays when people have more money and time to devote to sport in the UK we have been cursed with increasingly warm no snow winters which coincided with the military pulling out of providing trained racers for a National Team. As a result these guys have held a British Week in France with ski outings, tuition and races. I found it sad that our British Nationals could no longer be held in Britain BUT these guys have done such a good job developing grassroot club level skiing such that we are now producing very creditable racing juniors during our race week. I wish them all success. The poster doesnt say why the venue has switched to Austria this season. Mike Rogers |
