To be very honest if it changes it will be for the worse, I have a feeling
we could start getting warm weather from Italy.

Yes, fingers crossed conditions will change soon. I'm off to Sauze for new
year so I'm hoping for a dump further south as well - but I've got the back
up of Lech in Feb so I'd be very unlucky to suffer lack of snow twice!

Don't know how you're doing now, Simon, but I've just turned on =
Eurosport - Biathlon in Hichfilzen, Austia (963m), and it's snowing =
quite heavily!

Where are you staying, Sauze or Super? The way things are looking
these days, I reckon even the higher resort at 1700 is a bit
iffy. Great place though, and Carole Merle's restaurant at Super
(L'Op'Traken) is superb, best meals I have ever eaten in any
resort bar none, and her mum's hotel 'Le Pyjama' the most
laid-back and welcoming place I have stayed.

Staying in Sauze, Pete - I'll certainly look out for the bar after your =
recommendation!

Some heavy wet rain/snow. It's needed, mate says some pistes up on high are
OK, but the next week will make things a bit poor...
