Default Garnet Hill Going to be better this year?

Anybody heard of improvements to Garnet Hills Grooming? I was there for
a couple days last year and was not impressed. The hill leading to the
XC shop was hardpacked and icy all day and the trails were in so-so
shape. Weather was cold (teens) so they could have broken this stuff up;
obviously a high use are (leading to shop) They had a massive wind storm
a couple days before, so lots of sticks on the trails; but I never had
sticks gouge up my skis like that before! Just down the road (30 miles?)
Lapland Lake (also had the wind storm) had perfect trails.

Anyway; do they have somebody in charge this year that knows how to do it?
