Nobody has said it. I've never had one of either. Yes you have. *They all charge for it. Your mama charges? *What is your professional judgement? Professional? *What makes you think I'm a professional? You're a john who pays for pussy. Everybody knows it. |

Two parts booze to one part grape juice, which qualifies as his fruit quotient for the day. |

OTOH, shopping at yard sales distorts one's value system. *When a good down jacket and a chocolate muffin cost the same thing, the cognitive dissonance becomes nearly unbearable. Holy ****. Bev ****ley claims to have a value system. Irony meter makes a monkey face. As she has proved time and again, when it comes to morals and ethics, she has absolutely no discernable values. She's a pathological liar and stalker who committed felonies over this stupid newsgroup. You know when MY cognitive dissonance became nearly unbearable? When Bev Ashley's friends repeatedly threatened my life, and she defended them, stating that if no one tries to kill you, death threats don't count. But if I tell the terrorists I can and will defend myself, Bev Ashley whines that I am bullying her and her buddies. Ah, the "value system" of a teabagging racist is so fascinating. |

I think that whether or not you can afford it is the reason whether or not you think it's worth what it costs. In that respect they're the same thing. I'm going to play golf in Scotland and it's going to cost about $200 each per day at the Old Course. Expensive, we can afford it, AND WORTH IT !!!!!! A round at Pebble Beach is $400 to $600 each. VERY expensive, I could pay for it (whether or not "afford" is a different question), but I don't think I'd have fun because I'd be thinking about how much each shot cost me!!!!! But if I had 1000 X more money I don't think it would bother me. When my mom died she left the grandspawn enough for each of them to buy a house; *even so, she would only buy steak when it was on sale. * Other similar stuff. *She'd buy expensive stuff when she wanted it, but she was always conscious of the price. I've offered a dime at a yard sale for stuff that I didn't think was worth a quarter -- and walked away without it. *Sometimes stuff like that is just the right thing to do! Bev ****ley talking about the right thing to do. Irony meter gives birth to a monkey faced harridan. Hey, ****? Is defaming and lying and talking over rsa the "right thing to do"? Because you've been doing it for years. Holy ****. A teabagger's ethics are truly a sight to behold. |

I'm still trying to find a flaw in his logic.... There isn't any. Try applying it to skiing - if only I could acquire a taste for beginner runs I could ski for free all season. Or ....shudder.... Nordic skiing... //Walt Uhm, there's really no comparison. What might be considered "really good" skiing might well be quite inexpensive... as in hike for your turns. While that which we would turn noses up at might be quite costly... as in lift served. |
