Default Over the hump!

At least here in far west, we're now closer to the beginning of next
season than we are to the end of last season. I think about skiing
almost every day, so each day that brings me closer to snow makes me
happier

Supposed to snow here tonight. Good thing I haven't put the snow
shovel away. Or the skis.

If you have a day that did not take you closer to snow, you may have
wasted the day.

Summer seemed extremely short this year.

Now that we are about 6 or 7 weeks away from twin tippin' here in
Colorado, I decided it was OK to move my Warren Miller VHS tapes
over to DVD. Watching Warren Miller during the guts of summer
is self torture, and I don't do it. August wasn't as nasty
hot as I remember, and it even did a bit of raining. I just
hope we go into October on the cool side, so the guys on the
hill can make me some snow.

Yesterday, I looked at my skis for about 5 seconds.

Just a look, didn't touch.

That's about it.
