Best Canadian resort to live/work
I'm coming to Canada for a year to work and holiday and I'm thinking
of working a season at one of the mountains. I'll probably be moving to Vancouver initially and could try Whistler, but it seems like accommodation is really hard to get and it's pretty costly. Any ideas on somewhere a bit cheaper, less crowded with good advanced skiing and a laid-back vibe? Also, what's perceived as the best job to try to get. Ideally, I want to something that leaves the day free. Thanks, Rick. |

Best Canadian resort to live/work
I would suggest Quebec City. Mt St.Anne and Le Massif are both great hills
with the highest vertical in Eastern Canada. The CDN National Ski team trains at Le Massif I believe. |
