457 kHz has been universally standard for almost 20 years. Maybe
there's a ski museum that would like your's for display.

This control avalanche was actually outside the ski area boundary.

Around here many people wear their beacon in-bounds on sketchy days,
and certainly all the patrol.

This thing never stops.

I had not seen that one. I do have memories of one near Alta from the old days
when I took the ski mountaineering class. The cameraman died in that one. It
went down one side and way up the other side of the canyon to where the
cameraman was.
