Default Burton Ion Boots MD or HD

The clickers are going away, and I am going to get some strap bindings.

With the step in bindings, the boots were obviously stiff.
Never have used strap bindings.

I tried on the Burton ION MD boots and they fit and feel perfect.
Almost too perfect, feels like they are not very stiff at all.

Which leads me to the question: MD boot or the stiffer HD boot?

I be doing 60% All-Terranin Riding, 40% freestyle.
175 lbs, if that makes any difference.

Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

Don't forget they both will break in and soften up a bit, so therefore I'd
recc. the HD
