Hmmm, I might be up for this myself - it's about 1.25 hours from here, or 1.5 from home. Probably more tempted to just drive over on the Sunday... -- Ace (bruce dot rogers at roche dot com) Ski Club of Great Britain - http://www.skiclub.co.uk All opinions expressed are personal and in no way represent those of the Ski Club. |

I wondered about that but I've nothing to do on Saturday either, I might go Sat morning and stay the night if I can find somewhere reasonable. Try Wolfenschiessen there are some Hotels and Guesthouses. Or ask the Toursit office at Engelberg www.engelberg.ch Btw if you the first time at Titlis, don't expect to much, the slopes are short on the Glacier. Johannes |

And the availabilty of the Rotegg t-bar makes a lot of difference to the amount of skiing. That piste at least is quite wide. When does the black piste to Stand typically open? -- Neil |

I have to be back in Neuchatel at 8pm on Sunday but I can't see that stops me getting out. What times are lifts running on Sunday though ? |

When does the black piste to Stand typically open? Depend on the snow. At the start of the last winter season( ~21. nov) was it closed. But they open it at December. Johannes |
