Default Is flourinated liquid rub-on wax any good?

Hi All,

In between traditional waxes, how are the liquid, flourinated rub-on
waxes such as the one made by F4? Do they last more than a run or
two? Do they protect the base at all?

Thanks.

I keep a stash of Toko TF90 in ma backpack, seems to work ok but I think
temp is a real problem. Waxing is done not to protect the base but fill the
pours in the base so you have to be in reasonably warm environment for the
base to suck it in. I've tried it on hill and it's really just worth a 1/2
run, seems ok when you wax in a warmish room though. Saves carrying about an
iron and making a **** mess of your hotel room though!

You also might want to consider NotWax for anything but the
coldest conditions.
