Default does the company heelside still exist?

Hello, I've been trying to contact Heelside (www.heelside.com) to get
a replacement part for my daughter's snowboard boots, and haven't had
any luck so far. No matter what time of day, calling the number
always yields "there is nobody to take your call leave a message".
Messages aren't returned. Email to the address listed on their site
bounces. Also, I note that the site itself hasn't been updated since
2005. It looks like either their webmaster quit or they're out of
business. Anyone know the scoop?

The original issue is thus: Daughter has the Heelside Liftie, and
recently her mom's vicious little rat-dog dragged one of them outside
through the doggie door and destroyed the lining. The boot itself is
intact. Daughter is devastated. Mom says "you always blame my dog".
Well, yeah. Anyway, I'm trying to fix it. Any and all suggestions
welcome. I'll buy another pair if I have to, but that seems a waste.
Maybe I can trade rat-dog for a used pair.

Any and all suggestions welcome. Anyone want a dog, cheap?

If you're really stuck on keeping those boots, try a good 3rd party
liner like Intuition:
