Seems like Kikkan Randall takes the concept of "light and quick" pretty seriously. In that video clip in the time segment 1:43 - 2:05 I counted 23 complete stroke-cycles of V1 skate. Doing all those in 18 seconds yields a turnover frequency around 75 rpm.
