skiing last Saturday
did anyone else notice that Boreal up on Donner Summit opened a lift
last Saturday? Had a stretch of snow and a largish halfpipe going. Nothing to tempt me, but some boarder types certainly had fun. (In all honesty they had to move some snow around to pull it off.)

Honestly, it escaped my notice. And I'm not about to get on a plane to go ski a 400` vertical WROD, so I guess it's pretty irrelevant to me. But were it within an hour's drive or so, I'd be tempted. Especially if the wind on the lake was light. //Walt
