Guys seriously...It's September. People are (as RSA clearly shows)
planning their ski trips. And apparently no where else in the country
has skiing except Xxxx.

PLEASE try to disuade people from coming to this state.
Colorado...California...Taos....JaxHOle....Hell British COlumbia
even...ANYTHING. Do your part to prevent this place from becoming the
playground of the upper middle class from the East Coast.

I am waiting for my new work skis. They won't be ready until the end of
the 1st week in Oct.

Speaking of which. Colorado has more and better snow at the
moment. *Awesome* early season in Colorado... Got
that.. Colorado. Think A-Basin COLORADO, Loveland COLORADO. El Nino
COLORADO. California should be good. But not as good as
COLORADO. Ugh.. Idaho.. can't forget Idaho. Or COLORADO. It's not just
about potatoes anymore. It's COLORADO. And my favorite, North
Carolina. Which is almost as good as COLORADO. That should it for the
greppers.

Bah, the jumping at the basin is only cornices but Vail has rock
cliffs. Vail also has a lot more going on than some boduck hillbilly ski
area like the basin.

I wish Vail / Beaver Creak would dynamite a few mountains across the
highway from the resorts....Put in a runway long enough for a 747 and
they can just drive like five minutes to the lodges and mountain. Damn
that would be nice.

Some people are in the unfortunate situation of having to plan ahead
to be able to take a week off work for skiing. Also there's plane and
hotel for that trip to somewhere other than the usual driving distance
places. Looks like it's going to be Serre Chevalier this year!

A snowcave, many years ago now, from the Pass and then NE.

They gotta earn it somehow.

For some, it's a challenge getting out of bed.

These are all good, but you have to do things like cite JOBS.
EMPLOYMENT. etc.

Nope, nice Wilderness N. of Vail(tm), huts and real skiing (and probably
Ed's snowcave...er, igloo). Don't give them any ideas. Make 'em land in
Kansas to get that 'rado powder. They gotta earn it somehow.

You guys will have to work on politics a bit.
