I don't have a video, but there's a wonderful dry-land ski camp coming
up the weekend of Sept 9-11 that devotes a lot of time to roller-ski technique, both classic and skate. I've participated in it the last 3 years and I've always learned a few things that were really valuable. Plus it's just a lot of fun to meet up with all the other people who are hopelessly addicted to this sport. More information and registration can be found at: http://jlsports.sgro.us/camps.html Jim
