Default Vogelsberg

Spent Saturday afternoon on a small slope in the
Vogelsberg region (about 80km NE of Frankfurt AM).
The top is only at about 770 metres and the
snowline is currently about 700 metres.

I went with very low expectations and was pleasantly
surprised. The slope we were on was only a few
hundred metres and very easy, but the snow was
pretty good and it was not at all busy.

All things considered, well worth an hours drive.

Cheers.
Iain.
