Things to do when the skiing season is over

Or your shoulder... I had a torn rotator cuff repaired arthroscopically
7 weeks ago, when I thought the season would be drawing to a close.
Unfortunately for me it must have analogous to the groundhog seeing his
shadow. There was another whole month of skiing around here after the
surgery and all I could do was watch the e-mails go by from all the
delighted skiers. I've got 5 more weeks to go of PT and "be very careful
with it lest you tear it again before it's fully healed". I.e. no cycling,
paddling, swimming, rollerskiing. I'm told I can try running but it will
probably be too painful due to the jarring. Am hoping to give it a try
later this week...
