Ski Hire Les Arcs

Hi,
I can get a 25% discount hiring skis on line using an accomodation agency
code but I would rather chose a convenient ski shop and hire direct in the
resort. Do ski shops in Les Arcs (Arc 1800) regularly give discounts
(particularly if you ask) to walk in customers?

I have never tried just walking in and asking for a discount, but they
do give discounts to internet bookings. 25% sounds a good discount to me
and I would take it. Les Arcs are fairly compact resorts and even in
1800 the shop should not be too inconvenient. The Les Arcs Web site used
to list all the ski shops with their addresses. If the shop offering the
discount is in the same 'village' as you are staying then it will be
convenient.
