Transjurassienne 2007 - pictures

Race was cancelled but we managed a great trip anyway.
Some skiing in Transju track in Jura and then off to great Les Saisies

Too bad the snow didn't work out this year for enough km in the Jura. Glad
to see you got to ski at Les Saisies -- they've done pretty well at holding
snow this year. I like their trail design almost as much as La Feclaz. (Are
you ready to offer a comparison of Les Saisies against Seefeld?)

Not sure if you got clear skies at Les Saisies to see some of mountain peaks
which can be viewed from several points on the Grand Boucle. Somehow having
the downhill-skiing lifts around at Les Saisies doesn't interfere with my
enjoyment of the cross-country trails. Seeing the photo of the ski shop on
the main street reminded that Sharon has gone in there to rent classic skis
several times.
