Since last "long" discussion here was on exercise science, thought I'd try another and see if there's any direct experience with getting the genetic testing offered by "DNAFit"?
They appear to give customized training and nutrition advice based on limited genetic profile. Some of the parameters they "test" immediately ring true as things where there's a high degree of individual variability, for example different responses to saturated fat or high-intensity training. |
