I have ATOMIC GS11 skis (for grand slalom) and they are 160 cm long. I am 180cm tall. Is this bad or i can ski without any problems. Or should i replace them with longer skiis?? newbie |

GS skis are happiest at Mach 6, making huge carved turns. Are you ready for that yet? If not, put them away for a while and rent, or otherwise acquire something of an "intermediate" ski. You'll like it a lot better. The length, however, it probably OK. |

Way to stiff for a beginner/intermediate and too short as a speed carver for an adult expert. If not, put them away for a while and rent, or otherwise acquire something of an "intermediate" ski. You'll like it a lot better. The length, however, it probably OK. Fully agree on these two points. |
