The Bill is a long running and extremely popular English cop show, it's very
popular in quite a few countries, including ours. British cops don't carry
guns unless they're doing a raid or something, and they've introduced
special jackets that resist knife stabs, but they're a bit bulky. Not sure
what the fluro spray jackets are all about but they've begun wearing them on
The Bill. I'm sure Sue can explain it better. The Bill is a worldwide
phenomenon. Like Rugby!
