Default North Americans at Rybinsk (spoiler)

The bad: Kris Freeman, starting tenth, wound up 46th, more than 2:30
down to Tor Arne Hetland, the winner. It'll be interesting to read the
race analysis by Zach Caldwell.

The good: Devon Kershaw, starting thirtieth, wound up 10th, six
seconds down to Hetland. Well done!
