Default Dumping in CA?

While San Diego is totally flooded and the water is disgusting from run-off,
I hear you guys in the mountains are getting the storm of the decade. I've
been digging around the resort websites trying to find updated information,
but they totally suck and none I've seen have posted any cool pictures from
this storm.

How's it looking up there? Are the resorts even open with this much snow?

Mike

I just heard on CNN that Tahoe resorts are reporting the most snow since
1916.

Is the drought over yet?

I'll smack any reporter who ever mentions the "D" word. It seems to be
one of their favorite subjects.

White.

Plow truck is buried. Have to dig out the plow before I can plow. Blower
is lost, don't even know where to start digging.

Yes. And a good time is being had by a subset of "all," since "most" are
afraid of a little weather and stay away.

Nah, it's just going to run off as fast as it came down
and be just as dry a week later.

When I lived there we had a drought (75-80). The lake dropped below the
level that it would flow into the Truckee river. Has that happened again? I
think that the lake dropped about 15' the first couple of years I lived
there to get to that stage.
