Default bumps for boomers

Anyone familiar with this group, www.bumpsforboomers.com ? They seem to
specialize in lessons for people like me, middle aged and sticking too much
to groomed runs. They are shockingly expensive, though. So, before I go
I'd like to hear if anyone has experience with them.
