Default 50K Club Report 8-30-03 Jay T Cycles His Weeks

In an effort to improve my skiing this winter, I have decided to cycle
my training weeks. That's why, after an 11 1/2 hour week last week, I
only went on a 1 hour bike ride today. Actually, I could care less
about cycling my weeks... I was fried from the 3 hour 45 minute ride
yesterday so I opted for a 1 hour ride today. Plus, we're playing golf
so I don't want to be too tired. I think we're even going to use
carts!
