Default Duluth 30 Miler Club

Solo out to Carlton from the Munger Inn and back. Went a little too hard on the
way home (downhill) cuz it felt fast and fun. Regretted it afterward. Still
feeling a little "rode hard and put away wet." 2 hours and 45 minutes for 29 or
30 miles. I wish that would translate over this winter, but I doubt it. Skated
on Pro-Skis and Alpina boots and bindings.

Will focus on the point of the long workouts next time which is to get long,
low intensity. Not to hammer.

It was still fun hauling downhill, tho...
