Default Quebec ski area advice

We are headed up for a week of skiing the three areas around Quebec
City (St Anne, Stoneham, Massif) the first week of March.
Never been before. Concerned about conditions. Mt. St Anne for example
has their base as 12 - 24". And snow fall totals this year so far are
only at about 50% of annual levels. Also is their spring break (which
falls on that week) as crowded as it is here in the states? Thanks.
Allan
