Default skiing in Norway

Hi,

Can someone provide me some more information about skiing in Norway?
I am travelling to Oslo for a few days soon and would like to ski also.
Trysill looks like the best option.
Anyone got any experiences with the resort?
Skiing possibilities/after ski/disco
Is it worth a visit?
I like a good day or two skiing with a good after ski as well.

Thanks!

Probably the best skiingarea in Norway.

Best chances for nightlife is during weekends. Weekdays, however, nightlife
is next to non existing.

Stay out of Fageråsen, unless you bring children, but do try "The Wall"/
Eksperten (45 dg.), and don't forget to report back if you screamed or not.

If you go by car, do your shopping in Trysil Town, as the in area mall is
awfull.

Go for a ski in/ ski out cabin, and prepare to eat at home, including lunch,
as you pay premium prices at restaurents for low quality.

- French fries is 4,5?
- A Coke is 3,5?
- Beer very expensive.

If the wether is good, you are in for a good skiing experience.
