2005 Nevada Backcountry "Out-of-bounds" prosecutions. Any ?

Law passed in 2005 by Nevada state legislature to control OOB
trespassing on NV-CA border. What have been results so far ? No
response from NV Gov so far. Certain he's busy on more important
matters. 5/11/05

(If you ride the tramway from Garmisch up to the Zugspitz I believe you
can make a transit from Germany into Austria right there on the
restaurant deck -- or am I thinking of the Karwendelbahn -- but I wasn't
aware that passports were required on the California-Nevada border? In
fact I've often crossed it at Heavenly and in the Mt. Rose area.)

It may be a matter of which state gets to do the SAR, and pay for it.

Different states, different rules, and no really good way to resolve
these disputes.

There is a case in my area where Massachusetts wants to make a
particular peak a nature preserve, and New Hampshire is trying to
build a road up the other side.
