Default SUGGESTIONS NEEDED FOR SUMMIT CO SKI TRIP IN FEB

Me and my 15 year old son have finally saved enough of our meager ski
instructor wages to ski Colorado during his vacation Feb 23-29. I
bought the tickets now we need help with all the other details. (Being
my own travel agent is getting old..) We fly in so late on the 23rd
that we miss the Colorado Mtn. Express shuttle for the evening. So we
either rent a car ($$$) or wait until the am and shuttle to FRISCO
($) or shuttle to Keystone/Breck ($$). The more I reseach the more I
am less intrigued by the Free Summit Stage. Sounds like it takes an
hour to get 16 miles!
Lodging: I was going to go with a one bedroom condo ($$$$) but now I'm
thinking a Bed and Breakfast in Frisco, rent a car and move about
freely. My snow boarding dude MUST go to Keystone. I'd rather Copper
but what the hell.. This is for him. Ski Tickets: Also after much
research I think the discount ticket packages are not much of a
discount. Not that I'm a pessimist but what if something happens and
we can't ski all of the 5 out of 8 days. Then we really have
overspent. It appears you save a whopping $8 on tickets if you buy a
package?! Any thoughts? Any suggestions are appreciated especially
personal experiences with lodging. Thanks

Base altitude where you stay is 9000 feet be sure you have done some
physical conditioning before you go.
