Thanks for this and the others! The video quality is really good.
By the way, here's a recommendation to check out Zoom Player (http://www.inmatrix.com/ - free version). There seems to be a subtle difference between it and the others (WMP, VLC, MPC) that makes it seem clearer. Looking at two virtually identical images in ZP and VLC, I'm not sure how it does it, but it looks like ZP translates the same image a little larger, giving it more sense of presence and clarity. Its slow motion facility is inferior, though, but can be partially gotten around by using the WMP skin, which has a step function. rm "shreddir" wrote: I put this on Mininova http://www.mininova.org/tor/641450 You should be seeing 1 seed right now (that's not me). |

I downloaded and installed Zoom Player. It does a good job on the .asf
video but seems to have problems on some my other video files. Specifically, the audio track of Oscar's .mov video of the Stockholm Sprints does not synchronize with the video which seems to lag. I have some transport protocol .tp and .ts video I recorded using My HD digital TV card in which Zoom Player shows weird horizontal motion jagginess (interlacing?) and also won't let me use timeseeking. I don't have these problems using MPC with ffdshow. wrote in message ... Thanks for this and the others! The video quality is really good. Some of its decoders needed: http://www.inmatrix.com/zplayer/formats/.
See the ZP Help text online: http://www.inmatrix.com/zplayer/ For .mov (quicktime), see: http://www.inmatrix.com/zplayer/formats/h264.shtml http://www.inmatrix.com/zplayer/formats/mp4.shtml from a look up for 'quicktime' Looking up .ts and .tp, http://www.inmatrix.com/zplayer/formats/mpeg2.shtml "shreddir" wrote: I downloaded and installed Zoom Player.
