I'd be pretty leery about buying anything from anybody who isn't even bright
enough to include an answer to "What do I do if I decide to buy it?" in his
spam.

My guess is that he expects you to send him email. OTOH, might the same
function not be accomplished with zip ties?

Zip ties are good for an astonishing variety of things, but I'm blowed
if I see how you could use them instead of e-mail.
