Default Buy bindings online or wait till I get there

Am heading off to Morzine in France in a few weeks, and need new bindings.
All the shops here in Ireland charge rip off prices for boarding gear.

Wondering if anyone knows much about a pair of Burton Missions will cost out
there.

My experience of resorts in europe in high season is that they also charge
top $.

Also any good UK sites that will ship to here?

Cheers

My friend,

I've been to France in 2005. If you are afraid to get ripped off at your
local store in Ireland, be sure that the French resort shops do rip you off
completely. I bought, since I'm from Germany, a pair of Burton Ruler boots
in Frankfurt for 229 Euros. The same boots would've cost me 349 Euros in Val
Thorens.
Try looking at www.blue-tomato.at or www.hot-zone.tv for reasonable prices
after you tried your boots at your local store to ensure fitment.
For your next trip I would recommend you to go to Verbier, Laax (both
Switzerland) or Silvretta Nova (Austria). Cheaper prices and vacancy and
bigger/better parks!

Have you tried Snow and Rock, or Snowboard Asylum? Both big companies
that do mail order. They might ship to Eire.

Cheers Stelios,

Thats what I thought.
I can get a pair of Burton Mission 06 for about 190 here. So I think I'll go
with that.

and you're right I'll definitely be looking for a cheaper resort next time
out.
