i'd underline your statement and extend it to steeper terrains and
higher speeds as well ... ;-)

moreover, teleskiing is a kind of matrimonial rescue: finally the speeds
are getting closer (and you're getting closer to your honey) ... ;-)

greetings,

I've found that *women* are attracted by smart, handsome, sensitive
men with a good sense of humor.

That's true and I easily get more women I need. To attract girls, however,
I find a display of prowess is still the best bet.

another good idea might be silicone spray like that you use (instead of
oil) for lubrifying the chains of race bikes ...

I find keeping both 3-pin bindings, cable bindings, and
boot duckbills well coated with silicone spray and/or teflon
(Elmer's Slide All) eases entry into the binding significantly.
Just another reason to keep the bindings well coated.

The silicon makes aligning pins and boot easier, and tracing on the
binding plate the location of the end of the duckbill when latched
also helps to keep pin holes pristine. For a cable binding, again,
having the boot slide in fully, makes for a little less fiddling.
