Boulder
I know that Boulder isn't a prime destination for Colorado, but because
we've got friends there that are willing to watch a 15 month old while we ski, it's where we're headed. Any suggestions where to go if you are spending nights in Boulder? Is Loveland the best? |

How far are you willing to drive each day? Cool site...thanks. Driving distance is directly proportional to quality of terrain. |

First off, Loveland Ski Area is not in the town of Loveland but rather up near Summit County on the Continental Divide by the Eisenhower Tunnel. The town of Loveland is on the Front Range and we rarely have accumulated snow down here for any significant time. Next, Eldora is right up the canyon from Boulder and it quite good. Small but easy to get to and has all kinds of terrain. Check out this site for more info: www.SkiTown.com |
