Default Iran skiing still available. See URL's.

Yes, they DO ski in Iran on 13-14,000 ft mtns just North of Tehran.
View URL's below.

While on an Iranian business trip in Dec 1960, an Iranian Govt
Contractor friend suggested I go skiing with him and his wife on the
mountains just North of Tehran.

I accepted and rented Fischer skis and Lange boots and had a great time.
Very few head-covered women skiers. All of whom rode up on separate
lifts.

My friends wife, born, raised and educated in Tehran, explained many
things about skiing and Iranian womens' protocols. She was an Alumnus
of Tehran University.

Sit back and enjoy your Iranian Ski Cyber Trip.
