Default FIS Low Temperature Limit?

Recently read that this weekend's nordic races in Gallivare, Sweden were
held at "below zero" temperatures. I suppose that means below 0F, as the
talk was of severe cold.

Is there a low temperature limit for a FIS sanctioned xc-ski event?

I imagine that keeping people from racing in a Worldloppet race due to cold
might cause a revolution. Shorten the race maybe, delay the start, but not
hold it?

I suppose in a WC event there is an issue for spectators and media people as
well. Do these races get postponed due to severe cold?
