Default Dryland Training

Hello everyone,

I look forward to the great help here once again. What I need are some
suggestions for training sessions for DRYLAND Training. Basically
keeping in mind to try and keep in nordic skiing specific so simulations
like ski striding and ski walking. I'm looking for anything that will
maintain and help technique as well as any simulated strength training.

If anyone has anything on file as well it would be greatly appreciated.
I look forward to a great season on the snow!

Another great resource is TorBjorn Karlsen's book, "How To, When To, Why To.
A Norwegian model on training" or something like that. He sells it on his
web site:

www.torbjornsport.com

Also check on xcskiworld.com. Buried somewhere under their multitude of
links is some really good training info.

Also www.TeamToday.org has quite a bit of training advice, although you
have to read through a lot to see it.
