Default Step In Bindings

What are there for high end step in bindings?

I know I'm limiting my boot selection with such a system, but I need new
boots anyway. Mine are packed out.

I'm an intermediate boarder with a Burton Bullet and Burton Custom. 159 and
166. I'm 6'1", 200 lbs.

Are there any new advances in this or latest trends?

Don't want to try the Flows as my car is usually packed tight and the
restriction of not folding the binding is a deal breaker.

Thanks for any advice!
Guy

F2 makes both highback and non-highback versions of soft step-ins using
the Intec system. You can see them at: http://tinyurl.com/8umhy

I've never used the soft ones personally but I'm a big fan of the Intec
step-ins for hard boots.

Clicker is still available and is the most reliable. I've gone eleven
years and 500+ days without a single failure. I still have some of my
original bindings in service. Click on the lift and ride.

I highly suggest you visit Northwave.com and check out the e-one and
e-two bindings. I own Drake Axis bindings and they are the most
comfortable strap binding ever - however, I too wish for the
convenience of a single latch system.

Drake went ahead and made it. They call it the "monostrap" and it looks
like it combines the best of both worlds - strap binding feel and boot
selection and step-in speed.

When I dumped the K2 clickers and got strap bindings, my board control improved significantly. I plan to stick with
straps, even though they're a pain in the butt.
