Default Tahoe followup was Winter Storm Warning...

it's way to you. Got about 35in of nice California 15% heavy here at the
cabin just in the last 36hr (deeper on the hill.)

Just to followup -
At Alpine Meadows:
213in at mid mountain stake, most firm pack.
58in new from storm
Cooled off over night so last 10-15in is light on heavier. Stars came
out; it's likely over; broken clouds today.

Skiing couldn't be better.

So what did I do? Trudge around with beacon and probe and shovel doing 3
different rescue scenarios, all multiples - working on skills. Pretty
much missed the freshies...

35" so far here. Up to another 30" more by tomorrow night..

We got 11" last night... Calm and no snow right now, but it's supposd
to kick in again this afternoon.

Skiing couldn't be better.

I wore my transciever inbounds. Started several sluffs. Faceshots
every run. And they got everything but Fantasy Ridge and the very end
of Honeycomb open (No Man's Land, Boundary Chutes). Skiing didn't
suck. Guess I have to go out again today.
